「夫（自分）が出勤しなければ仕事が回らなくなる、それでは周囲に迷惑がかかる」と鼻高々な方。それは「その人自身が換えがきかないほどに重要なパーツ」なのではなく、単に「バックアップが用意されていないだけ」です。

自分が行かなければ、という状態がそもそも体制側の手抜きであるという事から目を逸らし、「自身が必要とされている誇り」にすりかえていては、雇う側が待遇改善をしなくても当然です。たった一人抜けただけでブーイングが起こる職場。どれだけ未熟で幼稚なんでしょうか。
